Class Descriptions

Online Classes

Enhance your mobility and balance through slow, mindful movement, all in the comfort of your own home. We'll move through a full-body flow before finishing with a relaxing Shavasana to help you unwind for the evening. This class is beginner friendly with options offered throughout.

All you need is a yoga or exercise mat. A blanket and a pillow to keep you warm and comfortable during Shavasana is recommended, but optional.

We will be transitioning up and down from the floor during the class; you’re welcome to use a chair or the wall for support as needed.

In-Person Classes

My in-person classes in Oranmore, Galway are mixed level and beginner-friendly. We move through a full-body sequence designed to support mobility and balance by developing steady, confident and mindful movement.

Each class finishes with a calm cool-down and Shavasana to help your system settle before you head back into your day.

We will be transitioning up and down from the floor in this class.
